🩷 2 ways to stimulate hair growth

1. Shampoo your scalp twice! Yes twice, everytime, and scalp only. You need to be making sure your scalp is actually getting clean and removing any buildup.

2. When your scalp oiling, shampooing, or even sitting and doing not much of anything...massage scalp with fingertips, not your nails, the finger tips! You can also use a silicone massager like this one. Gentle, smooth, small circular motions if all thats needed. This brings blood circulation to the scalp and awakens your follicles to promote hair growth. This also will help to break up and loosen build up.

Face Oil Cleanser 😍

Remove impurities, makeup, and gently cleanse face. Non-toxic wash with frankincense & grapefruit, and organic cold-pressed unrefined oils.

This works for all skin types, even oily skin believe it or not!! Oily skin loves oil cleansing so it doesn't have to try and over produce oil.

Massage 1-2 pumps onto face, pat with warm wash cloth, and gently wipe away.
