Our website is officially live!

This project was more than just “putting something online.”
It was about creating a digital experience that reflects what Echelon truly is — intentional, elevated, and built around helping people move and feel better for the long term.

I want to thank the team at Momentum3 for the incredible work they’ve done!

From our very first conversations to launch day, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process. The clarity, creativity, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding.

Echelon was built to be a wellness experience centered around:

• Assisted stretching
• Full-body red light therapy
• Personalized movement assessments
• Corporate wellness partnerships
• A proactive approach to longevity

Now we finally have a digital home that reflects that vision.

I’d love for you to check it out!
Explore it. Share it. And if you’ve been considering starting your wellness journey — this is your invitation.

Grateful for the team that helped bring this to life.
Grateful for this community.
And excited for what’s ahead.

Guided stretching, mobility, recovery, red light therapy, and mind-body wellness designed to help people move better, recover faster, and manage stress.

The writing is on the wall, folks!

The 'Great Gloom' is upon us. Healthcare costs will continue to rise. Satisfaction with employee benefits packages is at all-time low.

People are working now more than ever and have even less time to take care of their health needs.

These are just some of the reasons that I have created The Echelon Wellness Network.

We're ready to bring health and wellness TO YOU!

Employers- What better way to invest in your employees than by providing them health and wellness services? Help your team stay in the game and stay HEALTHY! No more reactive care after things have gotten bad.

Driven by higher expectations, the percentage of employees who are happy with their benefits has dropped. Find out what that means for employers and what they can do about it.

Two paths. One choice.

On the left — people who prioritized their bodies early.
They stayed active. They stayed curious. They stayed independent.

On the right — someone who more than likely didn’t.
Now, simple things feel hard. Getting out, staying social, doing what he loves… it’s limited by his body.

Neither path happens overnight.
They’re built slowly — by the choices we make today.

At Echelon, I see this every week.
And I believe you deserve the freedom to move, explore, and enjoy life for decades to come.

That’s why we focus on:
✔️ Restoring mobility
✔️ Reducing stiffness and pain
✔️ Improving strength and circulation
✔️ Supporting recovery and longevity
✔️ Building habits that protect your future self

Assisted stretching.
Full-body red light therapy.
Personalized movement assessments.

Not just for how you feel today —
but for how you’ll live tomorrow.

If you’ve been thinking, “I should probably start taking better care of myself…”
This is your sign.

Start now.
Your future self will thank you.

A lot of people say,
“I’ll start working on my health when I have more time.”

The truth is, most of the issues that limit how we feel and move don’t show up overnight. They build slowly.

Tight hips and hamstrings that affect how you walk.
Stiff shoulders and neck that turn into daily discomfort.
Weak core and glutes that lead to back pain.
Reduced balance and stability that makes everyday movement harder than it should be.
Longer recovery after workouts, sports, or even long workdays.

None of this happens all at once.
It happens when mobility, flexibility, and strength stop being priorities.

And over time, “later” becomes “I wish I had started sooner.”

The good news?
You can change that.

With consistent assisted stretching, intentional movement, and proper recovery, most people can maintain — and even improve — how their body feels well into the future.

That’s exactly what we focus on at Echelon.

If you’ve been thinking about starting, this is a simple place to begin:

Over the course of nearly 9 years working one-on-one in home health physical therapy, there was one phrase I heard over and over again from patients:

“I wish I had taken better care of my health.”

Most of the people who said this were older adults — many already retired — who had spent their lives working hard and taking care of others. When it was finally “their time,” their bodies often wouldn’t allow them to do the things they had hoped to enjoy.

Travel.
Hobbies.
Time with family.
Staying active and independent.

Instead, they were limited by stiffness, pain, weakness, and mobility issues that had quietly built up over the years.

And what I learned is this:

We all have two choices.

You can take care of your health now — intentionally, consistently, on your own terms.

Or later, you may find yourself under someone else’s direction, trying to fight just to get back what was LOST.

Aging is NOT the cause of most stiffness, soreness, and loss of strength.
It’s just when those patterns finally catch up with us.

These things aren’t “normal.”
They’re just common.

And they are often preventable.

You don’t have to wait until something hurts.
You don’t have to wait until movement feels hard.
You don’t have to wait until independence feels fragile.

You can start taking control now.

That’s why Echelon exists — to help people stay mobile, strong, and confident in their bodies for the long run.

If this resonates with you, know that I’m here to help.

Just a quick note to let everyone know that we’re open this week and here for YOU!

Life has a way of getting busy and stressful — sometimes all at once — and it’s easy to put your own health and well-being on the back burner. But taking time to care for yourself isn’t selfish. It’s necessary- Even during difficult and challenging times that we face.

At Echelon, our goal is to give you a quiet, intentional space to reset — whether that’s through assisted stretching to release tension, red light therapy to support recovery, or simply stepping away from the noise for a little while.

If your body feels tight, your energy feels low, or your mind could use a break, this is your reminder that you don’t have to carry it all alone. Take a break from all the negative things going on around us and re-invest in your health.

We’re open this week and would love to take care of you.
