As we continue to make progress on our renovations and licensing we are pleased to announce we are starting to interview for full time CMAs (Certified Medication Aide).

You will be responsible for the following at a minimum:
💛 Initial assessments
💛 Creating a care plan
💛 Monthly review of our seven residents
💛 Training and overview of CNAs
💛 Quarterly assessments
💛 On-call is needed

Aspen Senior Care Homes update: we have submitted our building permit to the city and should hear something back next week!?! Fingers crossed they keep us residential and we can start renovations at the end of this month! 🤞🏼

Progress is happening!

💛 One of the founders is currently taking the assisted living administrator course so we ensure we have a strong foundation of how we are going to run Aspen Senior Care Homes 🤩
💛 Construction has begun!! One of the founders has been working there every day!
💛 All founders will be touring another smaller assisted living facility this week! We're here to support the existing community, not be competition.
💛 A second interview is taking place and we might just have our first hire/ partner for setting up our home the right way!

Well friends, it's official! We have closed on the property that will be the new home to our senior citizens in the upcoming months! 🥳
Next up: city approval, administrator license and construction! 🤯

We had an amazing experience and learned SOO much at the Oklahoma Senior Living Association senior start up today! Wow! If anyone is considering open an assisted living in Oklahoma, this is a must!
