This month’s edition is a Mother/Daughter duo!

Every week I travel to their home with a backpack filled with a kettlebell,agility ladder,cones,resistance bands,etc and we get to work!

Betty has progressed from having difficulty walking without a walker to crushing! the agility ladder with kettlebell in hand 🙌🏼

Yvonne must have super powers 😆
She loves hiking and playing with her grandkids , so she was already quite active. A bum knee held her back from her full potential over the years, but I knew with corrective exercise we could fix that. Do you know what we were able to achieve?? I’ll tell you!
