Spring Break Safety!
Sun Safety
Cloudy days can still cause sunburn! As you head outside for Spring Break fun: Use SPF 30 or higher, Reapply every 2 hours (and after swimming), Hats and sunglasses help too. Protect your skin now to prevent problems later. If you notice unusual spots or burns that won’t heal, your primary care provider can help.
Ski Safety
Stay safe on the slopes! Wear a helmet, Drink plenty of water (cold air = sneaky dehydration), Stretch before you start, Know your limits and take breaks. Falls and sprains happen and when they do, we’re here for follow-up care once you’re home.
Water Safety
Pools, lakes, beaches — warmer days mean water fun! Never swim alone, Keep constant eyes on kids near water, Use life jackets when boating, Avoid diving in shallow areas. Accidents happen fast. Prevention matters, but if you need care when you get back, we’re open and ready.
