At Home-Aid Caregivers, we are revolutionizing dementia care and education—bringing compassion, knowledgeable care, and support to families and the community we are honored to serve.

We are now offering free, live virtual Q&A sessions, Ask a Dementia Care Specialist, twice each month hosted by Tiffany Clements, CARES Dementia Specialist.

Virtual sessions will be every first Monday and Friday of each month.
Our May sessions will be May 1st at noon and May 4th at 8am.

🌸Celebrating the beauty, dignity, and stories of the incredible women we have the honor to serve.

Home-Aid Caregivers was proud to help sponsor a special Mother’s Day photo shoot at The Hamptons of Tyler Assisted Living, capturing both the behind-the-scenes joy and the final portraits that families will treasure for years to come.

A very special thank you to Callynth Photography, who were truly phenomenal—bringing not only professionalism and talent, but such genuine warmth, patience, and love to every moment. They made each resident feel seen, comfortable, and truly celebrated. They provided a beautiful collection of jewelry, furs, hats, and accessories.

These moments are more than just photographs—they are memories, legacies, and a reflection of lives that have been lived with compassion and with great purpose.

We look forward to sharing high quality prints provided by Callynth with families at the Mother’s Day Tea on May 8th. It will be a meaningful time of connection, reflection, and celebration of motherhood in all its forms.

We are grateful to partner with others who share a heart for serving seniors and our community.

📣There are some opportunities that just feel different…
This was one of them!

We are officially welcoming our newest team member Tiffany Clements, C. D. S. to Home-Aid Caregivers as our Care Program Development, Education, and Outreach Specialist. 👏

Tiffany is a passionate and active advocate for those living with Alzheimer’s or other related dementias and their families. She has considerable experience providing community education and trainings in this field. She leads with empathy and compassion in all commitments and considers herself a servant leader.

As one of ONLY Thirty-four, CARES Dementia Specialists in the State of Texas, she is blessed to work with families directly affected by a variety of progressive neurodegenerative diseases.

Tiffany says “Stepping into my role as Care Program Development, Education, and Outreach Specialist has already been incredibly meaningful. Being able to use my experience as a CARES Dementia Specialist to support caregivers, families, and our community is exactly where my heart is. Supporting those living with dementia and walking alongside their families is truly a calling for me, and it is an honor to continue that work in this new role. I am especially excited for the education component of my role—being able to train and support professionals, provide guidance and understanding to families in our community, and develop meaningful programs that truly make a difference.

I am excited for what is ahead and honored to be doing this work alongside such strong and inspiring leadership in our community. I am especially grateful for Rory and Courtney and the way they lead with integrity, heart, and purpose, and for the vision they have for me in this role.”

Tiffany is originally from Tyler and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of Texas at Tyler. She lives in Troup, TX with her husband and three boys! When not working or spending time with them you will find her volunteering, playing Mahjong, doing all things outdoors and playing with her dogs!

We’re Courtney and Rory, the owners of HomeAid Caregivers, proudly serving families in Tyler and Longview and surrounding counties.

We help families navigate the challenges that come with caring for an aging loved one so they can feel confident their family member is safe, supported, and cared for at home.

⭐️Our mission is to create peace of mind for families through exceptional care for every one of our clients.

What makes us different is that we are truly hands on owners. We work alongside our team, and stay closely connected to the families we serve.

When we are not serving seniors, we enjoy spending time with our families, traveling with our husbands, being outdoors, taking trips to the beach in our RV, and volunteering with the Alzheimer’s Alliance along with many other amazing organizations in our community.

We are grateful to serve the families of East Texas every day.
