I love vacationing with Royal Caribbean. They take all the stress out of planning meals for my daughter. The wait staff is absolutely amazing and pamper her like she is a princess every time they see her! I only took photos of some of the food, but she had bread with every meal, lobster roll, steak, fried calamari, pasta dishes, coconut shrimp, chicken parm, & desserts upon desserts. For a stress free vacation consider Royal Caribbean!

Being celiac doesn’t hold my girl back from experiencing life! 1st place at their cheer competition in Fort Worth and we celebrated with a GF donut from Funky Town in downtown. They bake their GF donuts 1st thing in the morning and keep them separated in the back. I thanked the worker for answering all my questions and she said “you’re welcome, I know some places don’t take it seriously” ❤️.

We are headed to San Antonio for a cheer competition and stopped for lunch at the Silos in Waco. Lunch was from a 💯 GF food truck and it was so yummy! It’s not very often you can get GF teriyaki chicken.

I’m not feeling the best so I made a Starbucks Medicine Ball. It turned out yummy and cleared me up!

🥥 1 cup coconut water
🫚 Fresh Ginger
🍯 1/2 cup honey
🍋 4 lemons
🫖 Mint tea

Blend all ingredients and add 1-2 tablespoons to hot water with tea bag. Add additional honey to sweeten and freeze remainder in ice cube trays for later.
