Hi Everyone! ✨

Thank you for all the follows! Now that I am licensed and working I thought it would be a good time to introduce myself! My name is Heather Valle. I have spent the last decade blessed as a stay-at-home mom and homemaker while raising my two boys.

My love of recieving massages and call to helping others heal led me to pursue an education at Stone School of Massage in 2024, where I excelled both academically and in hands-on practice. I have a love of learning and am constantly pursuing new knowledge in the art and science of massage therapy and bodywork practices.
I believe in the body’s innate ability to heal itself and put this belief at the forefront of all my massages. Bringing stillness to the mind and nervous sytem of my client’s is equally as important to me as relieving the body of physical tension and pain.
Each massage recieved is highly intentional in nature and I use my intution and skilled training to help my clients find much needed stillness in the fast-paced hustle and bustle of the world we live in today.
