The attached brochure provides information for returning and/or visiting beneficiaries from overseas to the United States on how to access health care. Unless or until enrollment is switched to a CONUS TRICARE region, care is covered/coordinated by international SOS. To avoid being billed/charged for medical care, returning/visiting beneficiaries must switch/update their enrollment to a CONUS TRICARE region.

The 325th MDG Radiology/X-Ray Department will be closed for walk in services on Wednesday, February 25th and Thursday, February 26th for maintenance.

Radiology will resume normal operations on Friday, February 27th.

The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on Jan 30, 2026. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

We are pleased to announce that the Tyndall Pharmacy will resume typical operating hours on Wednesdays, starting 28 Jan 2026.

Weekly hours are as follows:
Monday: 0730-1600
Tuesday: 0730-1600
Wednesday: 0930-1600
Thursday: 0730-1600
Friday: 0730-1600

On 29 Jan 2026, the Tyndall Medical Clinic Director, Col Catherine Callender, and other members of the executive staff will host a town hall for all MTF beneficiaries.

The team welcomes the opportunity to answer questions about Tyndal Clinic’s Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, and other clinical services. The director will hold the MTF town hall on the first floor in the Heritage Room located at 340 Magnolia Circle, Tyndall AFB, FL 32403.

There will be two opportunities to attend at 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

The 325th Medical Group is committed to providing safe, quality care. Given recent changes to manpower, the pharmacy will be making some modifications to operations.

Effective Tuesday, 20 January 2026:

The pharmacy will be closed every Wednesday, all day, to all beneficiaries for the foreseeable future. The pharmacy will continue to be opened all other weekdays from 0730-1600, excluding holidays and minimal manning days.

The Q-Anywhere system for prescription activation requests will no longer be available for the foreseeable future.

Patients will have the following options for activating prescriptions:
1. For activating new prescriptions; patients may come to the pharmacy in person or call 850-283-7557.
2. For prescription refills only; patients may call 850-331-0841 or use the MHS-Genesis Patient Portal at https://my.mhsgenesis.health.mil/

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is imperative that we provide all our patients with safe and reliable care, and these changes are necessary to facilitate that goal. We understand that patients may have questions and concerns as these new changes are implemented. A member of our Executive Team will be available each duty day in the Pharmacy waiting area between 20-30 January 2026, to answer any questions during this transition. We appreciate your understanding.

REMINDER:

In observance of the New Years Holiday, the 325th Medical Group will be closed Thursday, 1 January 2026.

Friday, 2 January 2026, the clinic will be open as a DHA minimal manning day for the following services:
• The Warrior Operational Medicine Clinic will be open at 0730 to 1630 for sick call and previously scheduled follow up visits.
• Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Radiology will be closed for walk-in care.

Normal operations will resume Monday, 5 January 2026.

In accordance with the Executive Order by the President of the United States, declaring the closure of Federal Departments and Agencies on December 24th & 26th.

The 325th Medical Group will be closed on Wednesday December 24th and will be open on Friday December 26th as a DHA required minimal manning day.

Please be advised of the following services available on Friday 26 December.
• The Flight Operational Medicine Clinic will be open at 0730 to 1630 for sick call and previously scheduled follow up visits.
• Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Radiology will be closed for walk-in care.

Pharmacy beneficiaries will be alerted via Q-Anywhere text messaging on when they can pick-up their promised prescriptions for Wednesday December 24th.
