Up until then, I thought I was just Very flexible as a former dancer and athlete..
Turns out Iām hyper flexible and that can actually work against me when trainingĀ”
I have clients who are also hyper mobile and itās cool to compare to the posture correction Iāve been into as well
Iāve been dabbling in it but Iām about to dive in. For my next cert, shifting from nutrition to corrective exercise
I love learning; Iām so excited to continue my education and growing as a wellness professional
