一步一步，改變健康人生
今天，我想和大家分享我的VIP客戶 Adrian 的故事。剛開始與我合作時，他的糖化血紅素（A1C）高達 8.3，並服用兩種藥物：Metf*** 和 Atorv***。

我從未建議他向醫生隱瞞任何情況，但當他加入我的健康減肥計劃時,他自行將藥量減半，結果糖化指數仍然下降到了 7.4。
最令人擔憂的是，他的醫生完全不知道他私下減少1/2的藥物劑量 2000 mg to 1000 a day 。
