Cough season doesn’t stand a chance. 😌
Sharing my favorite DIY cough syrup—100% natural and super easy!
Simmer marshmallow root, ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon. Strain when warm (not hot!), then mix with lemon, cayenne pepper, and raw local honey.
Keeps for 3 months in the fridge. A teaspoon calms a cough instantly.
