🥦New Food Pyramid🍎

The U.S. Government Department of Agriculture (USDA) released an updated food pyramid.

They recommend daily protein, dairy, healthy fats, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables.

Whole grains should be eaten in moderation.

You should avoid processed foods and foods with added sugar.

As a certified health coach, this new guidance is consistent with advice I’ve been giving to my clients.
