Why I Expanded My Coaching Practice - My own recovery journey has shaped not only who I am, but how I show up in this work for others. As my practice has grown, I’ve been very intentional and prayerful about how it grows.
Recovery deserves care that is personal, connected, and rooted in both education and lived experience. And when my schedule fills, my heart genuinely hurts that I cannot do more.
For almost ten years of coaching, I’ve tried to find ways to help more people without ever diluting the level of care I provide...through partnerships, referrals, and creating resources. While those matter, nothing can truly replace one-on-one support.
My love for team synergy, different strengths working toward a shared purpose, goes all the way back to my banking days. So building a small, intentional recovery team felt both natural and timely.
