Mental health tip of the day:
Two feelings can exist in the same space, even conflicting ones. You can be grateful to have a job but dread the long hours. Two things can be true at the same time. The uncomfortable feeling we feel in this situation is called cognitive dissonance because our brains want things to be simple and clear.
