That AHA moment when it finally clicks in your mind. 🌟

Satisfying, right? It’s like a light bulb switching on in the midst of darkness. 💡

This photo is actually a screenshot from yesterday, where I went live in my Facebook group, “Freedom From Trauma, Anxiety & Fear,”and shared one of the many powerful techniques for self-hypnosis. 😌 It’s incredible how empowering it feels to take control of our minds, isn’t it?

I’ll be honest, watching myself on video can feel a bit strange at first, but I firmly believe in embracing discomfort for growth. 🌱 There’s always room for improvement, and each step forward is a victory in itself.

to that time in Paris, my first visit, when I got hit with a wrongful termination notice. 😳

I'd spent most of my savings on this spur-of-the-moment, “once-in-a-lifetime” trip, and suddenly, I was asking myself, "WTF am I going to do now?" 😱

Honestly, I felt like crawling into a deep, dark hole and staying there forever. My anxiety soared while my self-esteem plummeted. But guess what? I didn't let it break me or keep me down. I picked myself up and with the incredible support, love, and guidance of others, started my own business. It wouldn't be my first time starting over but more on that later. 💪🚀

Now, why am I sharing this with you today? Because life, my friends, is an exhilarating rollercoaster with its share of ups, downs, twists, and turns—many beyond our control.

I'm here to remind you that while we can't control life's curveballs, we hold immense power in how we respond and navigate through them.

It’s about making the most of the tools at our disposal and being resourceful enough to find new ones when needed.
And speaking of tools, I didn’t know about hypnosis back then, but now that I do, it’s one of the most potent in my toolbox. 🌀
