I took a few of my students to .wellness.la yesterday. I have been experiencing some nerve pain and numbness in my left leg these past 2 weeks, so Brittny did a demo version of accupuncture and wet cupping and I have to say that it helped! I still have some more healing and resting to do, but if you find you find yourself in a place where what you're doing isn't working, it may be time to try something new or to add a new tool to your wellness box. Anyway, I can't wait to book a full session! Thank you! And thanks for having us :)
