What does it mean to live as a seeker? Not someone chasing answers, but someone willing to stay curious...to listen more closely, question inherited ideas, and orient toward what matters most.

Winter YogaFest 2026 is a weekend devoted to that inquiry. Gathering in the heart of winter, we’ll explore yoga as a living tradition through story, philosophy, and embodied practice—creating space to reflect, reconnect, and remember why we practice in the first place.

Together with Dr. Douglas Brooks, Amy Ippoliti, and Sue Elkind, we’ll explore how yoga traditions have understood the seeker and what they offer us beyond duty and responsibility. Drawing from classical texts and lived experience, this weekend invites meaning to arise not through striving, but through attention, presence, and shared practice.

Expect a thoughtful blend of grounded asana, pranayama, meditation, and philosophical storytelling—designed to help you clarify direction, build inner steadiness, and return home renewed. You’re welcome to join for the full weekend or attend the lecture portions on their own.

✨ Weekend Highlights
• Asana, pranayama + meditation with Amy & Sue
• Philosophy + storytelling with Douglas
• Friday night catered communal dinner
• Daily space for reflection, connection + community
• A chance to reset, recharge, and begin the year anchored
• Cozy winter vibes + a supportive learning environment

✨ Bonus: The first 15 registered students receive an organic welcome bag

January is a threshold—a time to slow down, listen inward, and reflect on what’s beginning to stir.

This Friday, we’re gathering for a free Journaling Club at Dig Yoga, led by Sue. We’ll spend the afternoon writing freely with gentle prompts, creating space for reflection, creativity, and connection. Sue will also be sharing her herbal tea as we settle in together.

This gathering is an invitation to move at your own pace, listen to your inner voice, and be in community—without pressure or expectation.

So often we move through our days breathing just enough to get by.

Integrative breathing reminds each of us that we hold the power within to change and heal parts of ourselves. The process is a sacred exchange between you and your breath—the breath is the medicine your body needs to unlock your heart’s healing wisdom.

Integrative breathing is connective and diaphragmatic, an active and powerful experience, allowing you to dislodge, release and purify suppressed energies and emotions. This practice creates space to improve your health, your relationships and overall well-being.

Join us this Sunday for an integrative breathing experience at Dig Yoga. Sometimes the most profound shifts begin with a single conscious breath.

All are welcome. Sunday, January 18 from 12-2pm. Register on Dig website. ✨
