As we close out our anniversary month, we keep coming back to this.

The people.

The conversations before and after class. The energy in the room. The way it all comes to life when you’re here.

Without that, it’s just space.

Thank you for being part of our last four years in Frenchtown and everything still to come 💚

April is where things start to open…more light, more movement. A shift you can actually feel.
April is where things start to open.

More light. More movement. A shift you can actually feel.

This month at Dig, we’re practicing in ways that support that energy:
💪 Strength and exploration through asana intensives.
🌱 Time outside to reconnect with the natural world.
💨 Breathwork to reset the nervous system.
🌸 Space for reflection, learning, and steady growth.

Come for what calls you. Stay for what changes.

How have you changed since you started practicing?

We asked a few members of our community, and this is what they shared.

For most people, it’s not one big moment. It’s something that builds over time.

Practice starts on the mat, but it doesn’t stay there.

If you’ve been thinking about taking the next step, our DIG 4 Growth Week offers are still available through the end of the month: 15% off class cards, memberships, workshops, and immersion, plus $500 off teacher training.

Integrative Breathwork offers a powerful way to reconnect with your body and release what’s been held beneath the surface.

Through guided, conscious breathing, this practice creates space to move energy, process emotion, and support your overall well-being. It’s both grounding and expansive, helping you access clarity, resilience, and a deeper sense of self.

Join Kim Kemper for a supportive, intentional experience designed to meet you exactly where you are.

We’ve made it to Day 10 of Naime’s 10-Day Strength Challenge! 🎉

Today’s exercise: split squat. Step into a lunge position with your back knee under your hip and front foot grounded. Lower the back knee toward the floor and press back up, keeping a slight forward lean and staying stable through the front leg.

Use a wall or chair for balance if needed, or increase the challenge by holding weight or elevating the back foot.

Aim for 2–3 sets per side, moving with control and focusing on stability.

Want to keep the momentum going? Now through the end of the month, receive a complimentary Unlimited Monthly Membership when you sign up for private training with Naime. DIG 4 Strength 💪

Day 9 of Naime’s 10-Day Strength Challenge: Shoulder Push-Up

Start in Down Dog, then walk your feet in slightly so the crown of your head lines up closer to your fingertips. From there, bend your arms out to the sides and lower your head forward on a slight angle, then press back up.

Think of it like a 45-degree push-up—more shoulder-focused than a standard one.

Modify as needed:
• Easier: bring knees down or use a block to limit range
• Harder: lift one leg or elevate your feet

Aim for 8–12 reps, 2–3 sets, working in a range that feels challenging but steady.

Day 8 of Naime’s 10-Day Strength Challenge: Wall Squat with Pause

With your back against a wall, feet about hip-width apart and toes pointing forward, slide down until your knees are stacked over your ankles. Hold at the bottom for a 5-count, then press back up and go right back down without fully resting.

Keep the arms crossed at the chest (or add weight for more challenge). Adjust your foot position as needed to find a strong, stable squat.

Aim for 2–3 sets, working until it starts to feel challenging.

Day 7 of Naime’s 10-Day Strength Challenge: Push-Ups

Start in a strong straight-arm plank and bend the elbows to lower the body, keeping the shoulders in a neutral position and avoiding rounding forward. Move at a steady pace.

Modify as needed:
• Harder: lift one foot or elevate the feet on blocks
• Easier: lower the knees or place the hands on an elevated surface like a bench or counter
• You can also make fists to keep the wrists in a more neutral position.

Aim for 2–3 sets, working close to your limit each round.

Follow along on socials for the full challenge!
