🔥 Did you hear that Patrick Mahomes had a high ankle sprain in both the Jags and Bengals game?! YES, me too!
🔥 Do you wonder how he did that?! YES? The answer is REHAB. He put in extra hours, away from his family, and outside of practice with his physical therapist to control the swelling, inflammation, pain, and strengthen to prepare for another game against the Bengals.
🔥 Can you use Patrick Mahomes as and inspiration this competition season?! ABSOLUTELY! He is #1 mentally and physically tough and #2 motivated to take care of his body, especially when it's injured. So if you suffer an injury this competition season be sure to do what Patrick Mahomes did and reach out to your dance PT so they can help evaluate/assess whether it's an injury you can or can't dance on and then guide you on the steps you need to take to keep your body going between performances! It might take putting in some extra hours, but it's worth it to not miss out on performing those dances you've worked all season on 👏
