My best tips for making it through retrograde (because you know I’ve got your back)

Back-up your devices. Double-check your plans. Memorize your passwords. Mercury loves to stir the tech pot.

Avoid launching big contracts, signing major papers, or making life-changing decisions until the retro phase is over (or at least until you’ve triple-checked).

Use this time for inner work: revisit ideas you shelved, reconnect with old friends, explore hidden fears (hello Scorpio transit) and ask “What am I really wanting?”

With Jupiter retrograde: don’t wait for luck to fall into your lap. Create your own beats: meditate, journal, reflect. The growth is there when you lean in.

Emotionally? If old stuff resurfaces — relationships, past plans, buried feelings — treat it as a message, not a meltdown. Scorpio energy doesn’t always hand out ribbons.

And hey: breathe. You don’t have to fix everything now. Retrograde isn’t the time for “go big or go home” — it’s the time to go deep or go home. 😉

Heads-up, Spirit family: Retrograde Roller-Coaster Incoming!
We’re about to get cosmic with it — and yes, it’s as juicy as it sounds.

Here’s the rundown:

Mercury officially stations retrograde Nov 9 2025 → Nov 29 2025, beginning in fiery Sagittarius and backing up into deep, mysterious Scorpio.

Jupiter follows shortly after — stationing retrograde on Nov 11, 2025. (Yes, you read that right — two biggies back-to-back and I don't WANNA!)

There's a few already in the retrograde club currently:
Neptune (til Dec 10)
Saturn (til Nov 28)
Uranus (til Feb 4 2026)

And Pluto just wrapped its retro on Oct 14, so its cosmic energy train is rolling full steam ahead.
