Friends, as a health coach there a few things I am a stickler about! I love having a morning routine! Everyday is a tad different, but I feel I am at my best when I do my routine. Exercising, whether it is doing a program or walking the dog, I gotta get it done! Meditation, personal development and journaling are in there too. I enjoy my protein shake mid morning. I have water handy as well.
