We are Evolutionary Holistic Healing, which is a wellness center in the beautiful Hudson Valley community in uptown Kingston, NY! Our mission is to emphasize the importance of integrating psychotherapy with movement, music, aromatherapy, artworks, nature, breath work, & a variety of holistic modalities. Incorporated into our wellness center is Evolutionary Psychotherapy, which is a group practice of clinicians, who provide counseling to clients across the lifespan. Evolutionary Psychotherapy offers therapeutic groups for children, teens, adults, the LGBTQ+ population, and those in recovery from addiction issues. We are always looking to collaborate with others and build a strong community!

💛 Our hearts are overflowing after Friday’s annual holiday gathering.

As we looked around at this extraordinary team, we were reminded again why Evolutionary Psychotherapy exists in the way it does: because of the vision, imagination, and courage each of you carry. It is your ability to imagine what healing can become that energizes our collective evolution. When we trust our capacity to grow, that trust becomes its own kind of transformation.

The spirit of steady change is alive in the quiet bravery you bring into each session. And the wisdom that encourages us never to give up on anyone lives in the way you honor the innate potential within every person you sit with. Your presence waters those seeds of possibility moment by moment.

What we feel most deeply this season is gratitude. Gratitude for your presence. Gratitude for the way you return to the sacred space of your own bodies to listen and attune. Gratitude for the healing energies you help create and the courage with which you meet them.

To witness this team is to witness a living ecosystem of compassion, intelligence, humor, grit, and imagination. We are endlessly inspired by the work you do, the lives you touch, and the ways you continue to grow both individually and together.

Sharing space with you Friday night was a reminder that time in community is sacred.

Amy specializes in the treatment of personality disorders and co-occurring conditions, helping clients navigate sensitive interpersonal patterns, build emotional regulation, and create meaningful, lasting change. Her approach integrates MBT, DBT, and psychodynamic modalities, grounded in deep psycho-education and collaborative exploration.

With a background as a clinician, researcher, and professor with advanced training through the Gunderson Personality Disorders Institute at McLean Hospital, Amy brings a highly skilled, compassionate, and evidence-based presence to her work.

Here at Evolutionary Holistic Healing, we had a beautiful weekend of healing events!

On Friday, we were guided through a meditative experience with the resonant tones of . Using gongs, crystal singing bowls, and other textural instruments, Katie, Stacie & Kate brought emotional balance and energetic alignment into our space.

Saturday afternoon, continued a lineage of healing with The Rite of the Womb Ceremony. Reconnecting women with their creative power, this Peruvian-Andean ceremony teaches us that we can chose to live without suffering and pain.

Finally, on Saturday night, brought us on a meditation and sound journey, connecting with the Maya cosmovision and bringing us together through reflection and community.

Simon sees therapy as a place to step out of survival mode and into deeper connection with self, others, and the world around us. His work is rooted in somatic therapy, mindfulness, and trauma healing, helping clients slow down, uncover what’s beneath the surface, and find resilience in life’s thresholds.

He also facilitates our Modern Men’s Group, Tuesdays @4:30pm, beginning October 14th, offering men a space for honest connection and growth.

 A monthly gathering for connection, reflection, and renewal.  Each circle offers space to slow down, share honestly, and be witnessed. Through somatic practices and heartfelt conversation, we remember that we are not alone in the journey of mothering.

Issa (they/them) believes in the transformative power of the human spirit. With a background in Evolutionary Astrology, Kundalini Yoga Therapy (RYT-500), and group facilitation, they bring an animist, developmental lens to healing.

As a q***r, neurodivergent, trans non-binary, first-generation Puerto Rican navigating chronic illness, Issa is deeply devoted to decolonized, inclusive healing. They are especially called to support LGBTQIA+ folx, first-generation Americans, immigrants, and those moving through spiritual awakenings, identity shifts, and life’s many turning points.

🌱 Issa works with teens and adults, welcoming clients seeking therapy that honors both the soul and the nervous system. They live in the Hudson Valley with their beloved rescue pup, Lin-Manuel. 🐾
