This summer has flown by! I hope everyone has been enjoying it! Green Compass has been busy just like the rest of us this summer. We’ve had new product releases- new collagen and full spectrum nano jellies🙌🏼 along with new bonus inentives.

Today I want to highlight how CBD can help with anxiety. I didn’t realize the racing thoughts of terrible things or that pressure I felt on my chest was considered anxiety so for a long time I didn’t think I knew what anxiety felt like. Once I identified it, I could understand and sympathize so much more when I heard people talking about it. I know so many of my friends struggle with severe anxiety and from what I’ve heard it can be paralizing. Wells has been getting more teeth- it’s non stop once it starts! He gets a combo of orange vanilla CBD and CBDa to help with the pain, fussiness, and solid sleep! Green compass just released a cinnamon flavor of the CBDa so we will be getting that on our next order! I also use the roll on essential oil with cbd ‘Calm’ on his cheeks before bed as well! He loves taking the products and we are all thankful when he’s happy. I love being able to give my kids a safe, clean, natural product to help with pain and discomfort.

It’s officially allergy season! Adam has always had severe allergies- constant plugged nose, watery/ swollen eyes, coughing, sneezing, all of it. He was taking allergy medication every single day and STILL having these symptoms just lessened. We’d have to switch it up every so often because his system would just adjust to having the medicine. It was expensive buying pills every month but I just thought that was the way things went because without them it was even worse. Anytime he’d mow, go golfing, or even just go on a walk his allergies kicked in even more. Last October was the last time he took an allergy pill and the first time he tried CBD. We got CBD H**p Oil and CBDa. We have truly been amazed by the benefits his body has received from the products. We have struggled with Chloe’s separation anxiety since we’ve had her. She gets so nervous we’re not coming back for her and then is so relieved when we get home. We started her on Green Compass CBD and although she still gets excited about humans coming to see her, the anxiousness of being left has really subsided. Sometimes I forget to give it to her for a few days and some of the anxiety appears again but she has responded so well to how it’s helping her body. It’s also great for her joints as well. Goldens are prone to hip dysplasia so maintaining her healthy body during her youth will help her as she gets older❤️

This is a great informational video about CBD and why it’s such a great tool for your body! If you want a little more info about the ECS check out the article I’ve linked and if you don’t feel like reading all of it, here’s the big take aways for me from the article:

“The endocannabinoid system (ECS) regulates and controls many bodily functions such as learning, memory, emotional processing, sleep, pain control, inflammatory and immune response, and eating. There are “cannabinoid” receptors in our brain which control the levels and activity of the other neurotransmitters. To stimulate these receptors our bodies produce molecules called endocannabinoids which have a structural similarity to molecules in the cannabis plant.”

So we can assist our body in stimulating our receptors by adding cannabinoids from CBD- how cool!!
