💫 Stay out of the sun as much as possible between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m, or cover up with long sleeves/ hats.

💫Regularly checking your skin for any changes.

💫Sunscreen everyday!!! Seriously , we can’t stress this one
enough. Even if it’s cloudy, even if it’s winter, even if you don’t feel like it. Just do it. Using a broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher is best!!

☀️ Remember .. It only takes 15 minutes for the suns UV rays to damage unprotected skin!
