Exciting Announcement!

Please join us in welcoming our new pilot, Joey! 🎉 Joey has transferred from AEL 180 to join us here at AEL 158 as our new Base Pilot Supervisor!

In one photo, you can see Joey receiving his 250 wings alongside our 158 Program Director Taylor Airola and the 180 Program Director Chris Atwood.

We are thrilled to have him on board and look forward to the great leadership he will bring to our team! 🚁

We would like to take a moment to recognize and appreciate Robert, who has served as our base pilot supervisor here at AEL 158. Not only has he recently achieved an astounding 1,500 patient flights, but today was Robert’s last shift here before he transfers to another AEL base. Although he will be severely missed here, we wish him the best at a sister base. Semper Salus!

I want to take a moment to recognize our incredible flight nurse, Mitch, and flight paramedic, Amanda, for their outstanding work during a recent call. Thanks to their quick thinking and compassion, and exceptional collaboration with Seminole Fire Department, their patient had a fantastic outcome!

Tonight, they had the privilege of reuniting with her and her parents, who brought dinner for our team as a heartfelt thank-you. It truly warms our hearts to see the positive impact we make in our patients' lives, and it’s moments like these that remind us why we do what we do.

A huge shoutout to Mitch and Amanda for their dedication and skill! Thank you for making a difference!

Celebrating Elizabeth's Incredible Achievement!

I'm thrilled to share that our flight paramedic, Elizabeth, has passed her Flight Paramedic Certification (FP-C) exam! 🎉

Over the past year (plus), Elizabeth has shown unwavering commitment to her role at Air Evac. She has put in countless hours of study and practice to earn this certification. The FP-C credential is not just a testament to her skills, but also reflects her advanced knowledge and experience in critical care medicine.

A huge congratulations to Elizabeth for achieving this milestone! Your hard work, determination, and passion for providing exceptional care truly inspire us all. We are incredibly proud to have you on our team 🚁💙
