Instructor Highlight: Laura!

Laura is an incredible person with a warm, calming, peaceful, and fun presence! She has many amazing gifts and as a Reiki master, craniosacral therapy provider, and sound healer, she holds space for healing, peace, and deep relaxation at Healing Roots. We are beyond grateful for her!

In the studio, Laura offers lovely monthly Sound Baths (with 2 scheduled in December!), occasional Sound Bath & Acupuncture classes, and Reiki trainings.

Laura is in her treatment room a few days each week, offering Reiki and craniosacral therapy.

Meet Laura:

"My goal is to support my clients in reaching their highest potential for healing in a nurturing, comfortable environment. I feel privileged to work as an energy therapist, considering energetic touch and sound healing to be sacred."

Save the date...our Holiday Mandala Dot Painting workshop is only a few weeks away!

Julie Domres will guide us through this two hour workshop, where you can create up to three works of art (rocks, keychains, or jewelry) with beautiful patterned mandala dots! All supplies and dotting tools will be provided for your use and you will go home with your finished art. These pieces will make great keepsakes or wonderful holiday gifts!

Happy Sunday! This week, in addition to our regular weekly classes, you can join us for a Community Grief Circle, Community Acupuncture, Yoga & Tea (@ Waystone Coffee Co.), & a Sound Bath (with Harmony Hands Reiki)!

Later this month, you can join us for a Dance Party, *free* Karma Yoga, a High Vibe Meditation Night, and "Grounded & Grateful" Yoga.

Our Holiday Food Drive (benefitting the River Falls Community Food Pantry) is running throughout the months of November & December! Bring a boxed or canned good or monetary donation to the studio to receive a coupon for $5 off of a specialty or weekly class!
