Inner Light Reiki with Suzanne was founded based on the idea of coming home to yourself: allowing for love, first for yourself, and in turn, radiating it out to the world. My mission statement is to cultivate the realization that you matter, that you are divine at your essence. Tapping into that divine essence helps you discover what your passions and gifts are and that what you want for your life is important and an essential and valuable contribution to the world! You have a purpose in this world! This mission is primarily facilitated through in person and virtual Reiki sessions, group Reiki sacred circles and Reiki training and certifications. Sacred circles allow you to connect with your divine self and others in a safe, nonjudgmental, nurturing, inspiring and magical space. Circle gatherings provide much needed connection, belonging, support and a place to be seen and heard just as we are, rather than in a superficial, guarded manner. Sacred circles typically include guided meditations, thought provoking prompts, sharing, and contemplation. Inspiration, new insights and a renewed sense of belonging is a typical result of attending Allow4Love sacred circles. This mission can also be facilitated through private or group, in person or distant Reiki energy sessions. Reiki is a Japanese-based practice of energy healing which restores the flow of energy of a person, akin to acupuncture without the needles. Just as water that doesn't flow becomes stagnant, so can the energetic rivers that run throughout our body. Stagnant or stuck energy can cause imbalance in our physical body, our mental state, our emotional state and/or our spiritual state. These imbalances can cause fatigue, illness, anxiety, depression, a lack of meaning in our life, and other effects. Restoring the flow of our energy can improve our outlook, our well being, our energy levels, and our connection to the beautiful world around us.
