Such a powerful image of what not to do. Our subconscious minds take every word and every thought to make sure the person experiences those words and thoughts. I want to believe that most everyone wants what is best for their children and our words are the first way to make sure that the best happens.

We know more today than any of our past selves knew, but we judge the past selves with our current knowledge. Simply not fair. Make peace with your past selves, forgive them for the choices they made and the decisions that were not helpful. They did not know.
