Welcome to the transformative space of White Wolf’s Den, where deep healing and empowerment unfold. As a sound healer and Reiki practitioner with a profound connection to Mother Earth, I offer a sacred space for you to begin your journey of self-healing. My practice is rooted in the understanding that YOU are your own healer, and it is my honor to guide you along your path.

Through the use of crystal singing bowls, powerful mantras, and various healing instruments, I create an environment where safety, peace, and resonance thrive. These tools help hold the sacred space needed for you to unlock your inner power and begin the process of healing. It is important to note that while I serve as the conduit, the healing itself comes from within you. The process is yours, and I am simply a guide.

In each session, I call in the wisdom and energy of my guides, ancestors, and the resonance of Mother Earth. Together, we invite your own guides and loved ones into the space, creating a deeply supportive and nurturing environment. While the session incorporates sound healing and soothing Reiki energy, it is so much more than that. It is a sacred moment of rest, empowerment, and often, profound journeying.

I invite you to join me in this sacred space where healing, connection, and self-discovery await.

I am honored to be a virtual presenter this weekend at Changing Times-Changing Worlds conference 2024!

Please join me via Zoom (event registration is required) for my 90 minute panel, Intermediate to Advanced Sound Healing Class: Earth’s Resonance and Frequencies. It will be on Saturday from 4:30-6 pm. Of course, the event is also live and in person, so if you would like to attend, please follow the link above.

Included in my class is a 30 minute sound meditation/reiki session. I will also be teaching some prompts and structure for facilitating a deeper meditative experience.

Many thanks to the Chappaqua library tonight for this awesome wrap up to October's many editions of The Druid's Deadly Darlings. We had a small crowd, and that's okay! I was amazed by the beautiful auditorium, the podium, and the coffee! For this spooky season wrap up, I even brought out the variegated monstera (yes, poisonous!) and Spike to help tell the story of the many poisonous plants that surround us. Spike got to show off his new Day of the Dead skull pot, along with his new growth.

TONIGHT! Please join us at Putnam Valley Library at 6 PM for The Stone Chambers: Portals to Resonance, Healing, and Folklore by Renée Fleury. Explore the mysteries on these enigmatic stone sites, and get to know the fascinating world of archeo-acoustics.
