We are never done and it's a beautiful thing. Give yourself permission to be different, to try something on even if it didn't feel right before. Maybe it will now. Dare. Change. Grow.

This can be easier said than done but when I do find myself questioning other's behaviors or decisions, I try to come at those situations from a place of curiosity.

We really can't hear this enough. A great tip I recently heard was to log everything that goes into your body and how it makes you feel... not just food, and it'll become clear what areas that we 'digest' are no longer serving us. Try it and let me know how it goes!!

I was reminded this morning that when you are trying to change a habit or introduce a new one, remember all of the things you already do really well. I would even go so far as to write them down and reflect on what you can take from the skills you already have and apply them to new skills you are creating.
