SEQ Moves family, how are you? Is anyone interested in doing a virtual 5K?

How it works...

1. We decide on a day/time to do the race.

2. We set out at the designated time.

3. We walk, jog, run, etc. 3.10 miles (5K).

4. We send/upload a pic saying: 5K complete and where you're from/location.

5. I gather all photos and make a collage of the participants.

DONE!!!!! We share with others inspiring them to get moving and highlighting the fact that we can do this together across the miles!!!!
