January 1, 2023. The year of no excuses. I recently started a new job heading a karate school and finding the right schedule to lift, as well as the best program has been a challenge, but I found what I need to do! I’m focusing my lifts around bench, squat, deadlift, sn**ch and clean + jerk. Calisthenics will be my “rest” day from the weights with accessory work built in around the compound lift for the day. December went very well and I’m excited to carry it over into the new year!
