Remember to stay hydrated in this heat you guys.
It takes 1 day to dehydrate but 30 days to rehydrate.
As a general guideline, aim to drink roughly half your body weight in ounces of water per day.
For example, a 200 lbs person should aim for around 100 ounces (12.5 cups) of water per day.
So half your weight in ounces, each day, remember that.
It’s healthier to drink room temperature water, and not cold water (I know, I love cold water, too) because cold water can cause negative health effects and slow down and disrupt digestion. Cold water can temporarily close these four valves in the body. The liver, heart, gallbladder, and stomach valves.
