This is one of my favorites! Left overs!!! 13min start to finish.
Gluten Free Instant pot chili:
1 pound ground beef,3 cloves of garlic,1 cup kidney beans drained and rinsed,1/2 onion diced,1 Green Pepper, 1 1/2 cup of uncooked gluten free elbows,2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, 1 can tomato sauce 14oz can,14 oz can mild diced tomatoes with green chilis, 1 1/3 cup shredded cheddar.
