Grand Rising Family!! This morning I'm meeting with a couple who's only been in the U.S. for 15 years. In less than 3 months they have 16 beds with 8 bunk beds in two Group homes. His beds are $600 Making him net over $9k a month with 2 two bedroom properties!! I have always said a $600 bed is never empty!!

I put him in contact with all the jails and prisons in their state, and within a few weeks they filled their first home . The Reentry program is a sure way to maximize profit. These guys are being released all day, every day and don't have many, if any options for housing. G.m. F.B... Everyone who knows me knows that I have been OBSESSED with becoming a Group home owner for DD population, for the last 15+ years. Welllll in February of this year my policies and procedures were approved by DBHDS🥳 🥳🥳🥳🥳. 1 DD Group home with 4 individuals generate almost $400k a year 10k a month. This is because 1 individuals generates $280 a day. While going thru the licensing process I started a non licensed home for aged out foster Youth that generates about $3k a month. I have been able to quit my 9 to 5 with the aged out home! After studying the non licensed model for a couple months, I had our house full within 3 weeks and I currently have a waiting list with over 200 people in need of housing. My DD home is life changing, Generational wealth can be built!!
and the non licensed home has been life altering. I'm home with my family more and I'm not punching NOBODIES CLOCK!!
