“Structure dictates function” if your shoulders are rounded forward your neck will have to compensate. When your neck hurts it’s usually not it’s fault, it’s just trying to hold on as best it can. We have precise exercise to get your shoulders where they should be alleviating that neck tension.

Cell phones are a real problem when it comes to performance. The more youth athletes slouch into their phones the less connected they become with the top of their spinal engine and risk agitating joints in the neck. If you want to have great throwing power, stay off your phone!
