Stronger After Baby is designed for women approximately 6 weeks to 1 year postpartum who are ready to rebuild strength, restore core and pelvic floor function, and feel strong and capable again.
This isn’t just fitness — it’s a hands-on, guided approach led by a pelvic floor physical therapist, ensuring every movement supports your body’s unique recovery needs.
How Does It Work? 🧐
- You’ll receive the same expert guidance and exercises that Dr. Jenn uses in her 1:1 pelvic floor physical therapy sessions, but in a supportive, hands-on group setting.
☑️6 - weekly 60-minute sessions (in-person encouraged, virtual option available) - Access to class recordings for the full series
☑️Core + pelvic floor rebuilding
☑️Full-body strength progressions
☑️Return-to-running & impact readiness
☑️Comprehensive assessments: deep core, pelvic floor connection, strength, and DR screen
☑️Baby-friendly option: bring your little one, wear them in a carrier, or attend solo
By the end of the program, you’ll feel confident in your body and have a solid foundation to continue your fitness journey — whether that’s in Strong As A Mother semi-private classes, 1:1 personal training, or your own home practice.
