HEALING SOUND BATH @ HY North Naples
FRIDAY, DEC 2nd, 6pm

Beginning with gentle stretching and light meditation, we settle into our mats and pillows for auditory immersion and vibration. Tuned to your chakras, a mix of percussion and crystal bowls lull you to a deeper meditative state. Realign with your body, breath, and spirit though the power of sound.

During savasana, we will provide an extended hands on adjustment. This allows for a deepening of relaxation while being bathed in the energy and sounds of the instruments.
