READ this article for The TRUTH about the proposed cuts by the The White House. The receiving funding are NOT going to be CUT. Why? Because Medicaid was created for the neediest of who qualify. Wrongly and shamefully, the physically and cognivitely, profoundly disabled are being used and marketed to keep those in Medicaid who should NOT be in it. Jennifer, the profoundly disabled in this propagandized, story proves it. They are using her story to rally support to stop the proposed Medicaid cuts knowing it will NOT EFFECT her and those Medicaid was created--the "special coverage category" they call in story.
