Christine Kotlarski is a Psychotherapist providing in person counseling in Sarasota & tele-mental health counseling throughout FL and PA.

I provide tele-mental health services to teens and adults in the states of Pennsylvania and Florida & in person sessions are available in my Sarasota office. My style is authentic, compassionate, and intuitive. My approach is holistic, sex positive and integrative. I specialize in helping clients navigate life transitions big and small. These include self-discovery & growth, academic & career choices, relationships, identity exploration and transition, illness and wellness, preparing to welcome a child or preparing for the farewell associated with the dying process...and everything in between. Sometimes we get stuck along the way by things like depression, anxiety, stress, traumatic events, and fear. Together we create opportunities for these stuck parts to heal and release. Holding the high note has a special meaning for me. It has become a guiding force in my life and I would love to share that with you! This is why High Note Counseling was born. If you use astrology, numerology, tarot cards, or intuitive readings in your approach to life, you are in the right place! If you follow the moon cycles and meditate with crystals, I speak your language and will hold space for your beliefs in our sessions. I have found blending the worlds of psychology and the metaphysical to be a natural approach to deeper understanding and healing If that's not your jam, don't worry! I tailor all sessions to your unique needs. I work with clients who are in traditional and alternative lifestyle relationships. I have experience supporting transgender clients through all phases of their transition journey.

The President of The USA posted a disgusting racist video yesterday. He has been showing us who he is for years. It does not matter if a staffer posted it- this was only possible because he is racist and has been openly promoting his white supremacist agenda. This is wrong, racism is wrong and it has been part of our culture from the beginning. White people hear me- staying silent is not an option. Your children and grandchildren are watching how you respond.

I know I’m loved & my life includes people who are thoughtful & considerate- that’s not new. What is new & delicious is that I am fully experiencing the depth of their love in all the cells of my body, deep energetic connection without any barriers. This portal of receiving fully was unlocked in me during a guided experience at . Those who know me may be surprised to hear that there was any barrier to me receiving, I’m open and giving. Trust me, I didn’t know the barrier existed either. The depth of connections through my ability to receive love has been forever changed.
