3 of the biggest things my clients who are the most successful have in common, while I season a pernil for tomorrow đ
1. They do not try and do it all at once. They understand this is a habit building process. Trying to do everything you need to do at once is a set up for failure. Itâs really hard to change everything about your lifestyle in one go. Especially if these are habits youâve had for I donât know 40 years đ
2. They have realistic expectations. When you have realistic expectations you donât get discouraged and quit after 3 months. They donât have an all or nothing mindset.

These things take time and itâs hard to trust the process. Especially us millennials and older. We were pushed low fat, then high fat, then it was low carb, and most women are so desperate to try anything.
The long way is the short cut đ think about it.
