Join us this Saturday for a special community offering. ✨ November 15th from5:30-7:30pm.
Root down and release back into the earth, during this trauma informed movement practice with Kimberly Hoard Nasrul, LMFT.

During this workshop we will explore how trauma lingers in our bodies and craft a self care toolkit for lasting resilience, release and recovery via holistic, integrative strategies: expressive art (painting, journaling) and somatic movement (yoga, EFT tapping).

Sliding scale and open to all peoples.
