That’s a wrap on Beach Yoga Season 2025 🌊☀️

What a beautiful summer it’s been. I’m beyond grateful for everyone who’s been part of this community — whether you joined for the first time or have been rolling out your mat on this sand for years.

To some, it might just be yoga on the beach...
but to me, it’s so much more.

It’s a sacred space to slow down, connect deeply with yourself and others, and show up exactly as you are.

Thank you for sharing your energy, your smiles, and your hearts all season long.

I already can’t wait to be back on the beach with you (summer, please come quickly!) — but in the meantime, let’s stay connected.

See you this morning! It’s a little cloudy but there is no wind and the weather is warm (currently on the beach as I write this 😎)

Saturday, June 28th beach yoga is ON as of now 🤞🏻 the weather is looking to be cloudy and the rain will be later in the day.

So come get outside and move your body before we are stuck inside because of the rain
