Back in August, I started a 30-day walk challenge — just moving my body and showing up one day at a time.
But during that challenge, I asked my community to help me go deeper — to not just walk, but to be more intentional about my nutrition and overall wellness.
Fast forward two months, and today I’m standing here under 200 pounds — down 14.3 pounds total! 🙌💪
I was here before, back in 2021 but this time it feels different. This time it’s not about a quick fix it’s about commitment, consistency, and grace.
I’m so grateful for this journey, for accountability, and for the reminder that small, faithful steps really do lead to big transformation. 💜
