This was the very first time these ladies took a CPR class. They arrived a little nervous and unsure of what to expect — but that changed quickly!
They learned that saving a life can be simple and powerful, even with just their hands. 🫶
We covered CPR for adults, children, and infants, as well as key first-aid skills.
They were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was, and now they feel confident, empowered, and ready to act in an emergency.
So proud of them! 🌟
Knowledge saves lives — and today, they gained the power to do just that.
