Work the lower abs with these exercises. Do them 2-4 times per week, 3 sets of 10-15 reps. Are you not feeling your lower abs enough? Try slowing down the exercises, and focusing on engaging the lower abs by pulling them in and down toward the floor.

Are you experiencing tightness, reduced range of motion, or numbness in your hands or wrists? Try stretching your wrists and forearms. These stretches can be done everyday for 20-30 seconds each. 🧘

No Equipment Inner Thigh Work -
Can I do these exercises at home with no equipment? Yes!
Can I spot reduce the inner thighs? Unfortunately, no.
These exercises are accessory movements to isolate and strengthen the inner thighs. To reduce the inner thigh area, you will need to lose body fat, which means lifting heavy weights, performing compound movements, and watching your diet.
