One of the most rewarding feelings is knowing your lifestyle and everyday food choices align with good health and preserving your future, WHILE being able to HAVE and ENJOY the foods you love.

If you’re telling yourself you need to “go on a diet” the chances are you’re thinking short term results and will be stuck with the same ongoing problem.

If you really want to BREAK it….

Here are some tips to start changing your lifestyle:

✅Get your mind right. Align your mind with sustainable health and longevity.

✅Find your low hanging fruit. Most of the time people can get overwhelmed with so many messages around how to lose weight and get health. Find your low hanging fruit, the first step that makes the most sense for you to take. Start small, and build from there.

✅Crowd out. Add in the good and you’ll start crowding out the bad. A lot of it is common sense. You know your bad habits like drinking soda and needing to eat more veggies.

✅Do a pantry make. Little by little let go of packaged foods that are high in inflammatory ingredients with little nutrients. (AVOID: stripped flours, unhealthy oils, food dyes and preservatives, artificial sugars and high sugar in general) - start buying cleaner healthier products or ditching them for whole food options.

✅Get Real. Make sure your HOME where the majority of your eating takes place is full of real food AND Start eating it. (If you eat out more then meal prep and pack your food on the go or commit to making healthy choices when eating out)

✅Enjoy the 20% - no-one’s perfect. Eating healthy 100% of the time is not realistic. So why not enjoy the moments that call for it. Committing to a healthier lifestyle the majority of the time benefits weight loss, quality of life, and your overall health which allows you to eat the things you love in smaller amounts. It’s a win win.

✅Health is a journey, not a destination. There’s no race. It doesn’t matter if it takes 3 months or 3 years. Give your self patience and aim for consistency. Progress over perfection is key, but remember progress looks different each day.
