Meet Donna Sumpter, Assistant Director of Nursing at our Stillwater, OK community!

Donna shares why she enjoys working at Primrose, "I love working at Primrose because of the strong family atmosphere. Both the residents and staff truly feel like family to me. Caring for seniors is incredibly rewarding, and I find a lot of meaning and fulfillment in the work I do every day."

Donna’s story at Primrose is truly inspiring. She started nearly nine years ago as a Life Enrichment Assistant, moved up to Life Enrichment Coordinator, and later became a CNA. With hard work and determination, she completed nursing school and earned her LPN. After serving as a nurse for almost a year, she’s now our Assistant Director of Nursing. Donna knows our residents and families well and lives out our core values every day—especially relentless improvement. We’re so lucky to have her on our team!
