“Dr. Luke and Training Nation have been a huge blessing! I have a complicated pain condition that few physicians and providers have been able to help, but Dr. Luke has been different.

He has great listening skills, knowledge and intuition (which is very rare among most providers). He has provided me with very helpful and out of the box exercises (that go beyond detailed Google searches and many pt repertoires). His skills in manual therapies including dry needling (with and without e-stim) are fantastic.

Further, the office provides great customer service and a welcoming environment for patients.”

“I can’t thank Dr. Val at Training Nation enough! I came in struggling with hip and shoulder pain that had been bothering me for a while, and now I feel absolutely great. From the very first session, Dr. Val’s expertise and personalized approach stood out.

She took the time to carefully evaluate my condition and created a treatment plan tailored specifically to my needs. One thing that really stood out was how she often recorded videos of the exercises on my personal phone so I could practice them later on my own time. This extra step made it so much easier to stay consistent and confident with my exercises outside of our sessions.

“I injured myself a little over a year ago. I was having knee pain (meniscus issues), but I didn’t want to stop training. Dr. Val has been working with me on a comprehensive plan to work through my limitations in a structured manner to get back a lot of my mobility/strength - working from the foundation up. I am happy to say that I’m almost back to my pre-injury state. I highly recommend Training Nation to those who still want to be active, but also address the root of their injuries to gain confidence and improvement through a sustainable/personal program.”

“I went to Training Nation looking for solutions to nagging shoulder and back pain that was keeping me from doing CrossFit. I started working with Dr. Caleb a few months back and have nothing, but good things to say about him and Training Nation PT. Dr. Caleb is one of the best therapists I’ve worked with in a long time. As a former gymnast (and now being involved in CrossFit), I’ve worked with quite a few different therapists and clinics now, and I cannot say enough about Training Nation and Dr. Caleb. Since starting therapy for my shoulder and now managing some lower back pain, every session he takes the time to explain the “why” behind every movement we do and any concerns he may have.
