Did you know our Practice-Based Learning Program (PBLP) is designed to fit into your busy schedule?

You can complete modules and submit Personal Practice Reflection Tools (PRTs) independently. Joining without a group is an excellent option for those who prefer to learn individually. It is also an option for those who want to get started right away while they recruit group members.

Weโ€™ve gathered a few trusted tools to help support your day-to-day practice.

Hypertension Canada recently released updated guidelines for managing hypertension in adults in primary care, reflecting the latest evidence and best practices.

The CALIPER database (Canadian Laboratory Initiative on Pediatric Reference Intervals) continues to be a valuable reference for interpreting pediatric lab results, and even offers a mobile app for quick access.

Meanwhile, Hemequityโ€”developed by the research team at St. Michaelโ€™s Hospital in Torontoโ€”provides resources focused on addressing health inequity in hematology.

Each of these tools offers practical insights to help you stay current, informed, and confident in your clinical decisions.
